I have an improvement to the idea. How about when doing this do the 1st convo in English then half way through you pull out another mobile phone which you have made ring, and start speaking in a made up foreign language that is a bit like Korean-ish or Chinese-ish. Start speaking into this phone with occasional expressions of shock in English such as "3 million quid, are you serious", then pull out a 3rd phone now speak another made up language. Again make the same expression of shock.
